Return & Refund Policy

At USAShoeDeals (operated by Apex Footwear LLC), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Please note that final sale or clearance items (if marked) may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free. USAShoeDeals covers the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us at hello@usashoedeals.com and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all costs to make it right, including a replacement or full refund.
