Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Transit Time (Delivery)

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Handling time (1–3 business days) + Transit time (5–10 business days) = approximately 6–13 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
